PRODUCT REFUSAL AND PAYMENT REFUND
You may have different reasons for not buying our products. Refusal is possible only as long as you have not left the pick-up point, because as soon as products leave the pick-up point, the return process is no longer possible.
If you decide our product is not right for you, you will have 24 hours to return your product as long as it has not been picked up. Once the item is picked up we are unable to accept any returns.

Delivery Options
Our delivery area is in the process of expansion! We are planning delivery to 5 cities in the near future: North Bay, Huntsville, Parry Sound, Bracebridge , Gravenhurst, Sudbury.
At the moment, we deliver only within North Bay. Soon there will be delivery also within Parry Sound.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY OR PICK-UP FOR THE ORDERS MADE BEFORE 1 PM!
The address delivery is carried out in North Bay, Callander, and Corbeil.
Home delivery is available every day. From 2 PM to 4 PM
Pick up: at Cecil’s restaurant after 4 PM at (300 Wyld St, North Bay, ON P1B 8K3).
Order will be available for pick-up today if the order is made before 1 PM. Or tomorrow, if the order is made after 1 PM.
SAME DAY PICK-UP BETWEEN 11 AM and 6 PM!
In Norse Brewery at (11 Ritchie Dr, Nobel, ON P0G 1G0).
Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 p.m. will be delivered on the following Monday between 2:00 -4:00 p.m.
Any orders placed on Holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
We work with North Bay Eats. Below is a link to an app.
From North Bay Eats you can pick up the products by yourself, or have them delivered directly to your home (soon)!
You can read all rules about the purchase and delivery of products on their website or in the application. Our steaks will be delivered primarily according to their rules.
